The conference will include youth perspectives on hiring and experiences in federal agencies, challenging conversations on diversity in hiring, and workshops on innovative engagement initiatives.

2. What types of students will be attending the fair?
There will be an array of pre-selected diverse students and recent graduates, particularly those with environmental STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)-related majors. They will come from colleges and universities from several major geographic regions and top schools. Diversity will include gender, ethnic, and life experiences, including veterans and LGBT.

- 7:30 - 10:30 AM Registration (light breakfast will be available for employers/employer set up by 10:30 AM)
- 9:15 - 10:45 AM Welcoming Remarks/Jobseeker Plenary
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Career Fair (employer lunch will be available from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
